Here’s version 0.3 of the Addressbook plugin. Editing and deleting now work, and I’ve cleaned up the UI a bit. Also, the installation procedure shouldn’t now throw any errors. Let me know what you think.

Hi, I want to try to use your Addressbook v.0.3. In the admin-panel there ist no question :-)

Now I want to give all users access to the addresses. Have you an idea to include in the pages?

    Thank you, Sören

Thanks for your interest Sören. What sort of access would you like to give users? Embed a list of addresses in a page/post? Or let them see the address list (as you currently see it, but without being able to add to it) when they’re logged in? Or both?

Let me know, and I’ll add what’s necessary.

Great! now is time for wishes.
    *dream on*

    You have an table:
Name Organisation Email address Phone number
    Sören G. Prüfer LEV sopr@lev-thueringen.de +49 (0) 3677 840743
    Sören G. Prüfer LEV sopr@lev-thueringen.de +49 (0) 3677 840743
    Sören G. Prüfer LEV sopr@lev-thueringen.de +49 (0) 3677 840743
    Sören G. Prüfer LEV sopr@lev-thueringen.de +49 (0) 3677 840743

I think at first the visitor can see the whole table.
    - optionaly we can limit to a number of items (option in the settings). Then we need “next” / “prev” to browse
    - or the customer can filter by search fields above the table (now its enough ;-)

The visitor can click at one item, then you show the detailed card over the table. We can use divs for well-positioned vcards (do it like WP lightbox JS whith img ;-)

    *dream off*

My history whith the problem tho solve:
At first I try to make a listing like
But this is not nice. So I look for addressbooks. Your plugin is the right way ;-)

    Hi Sören,

I’ve done a basic implementation of the list idea; upgrade to v.0.4 and let me know what you think.
