- I edit on various Wikimedia projects and other wikis, and occasionally post here about whatever I'm working on. I am usually [[User:Samwilson]] on all projects.
- Programming
- I am a computer programmer by trade, working for a small company in South Fremantle. I contribute to a few little open source projects (plugins for WordPress, Dokuwiki, a few scripts for interacting with wikis around the place, etc.). I write about these things here when I can, working things out, announcing updates, musing on how things ought to be done...
- Reading
- 'Reading' in the broad sense, but usually to do with texts that are made of text.
- Status updates
- Tweets, dents, Facebook statuses... from wherever they come, this category is the final and complete archive of them all.
- woodworking
- This blog began as a way for me to document my workshop practice when I was at the ANU school of art in Canberra. Now my life has moved away from working at the bench, but I still post about the small projects that I do get to work on, and the joy that I find in working wood by hand.
