- I like to go for rambling, aimless walks, though bush or suburbs, and sometimes I post the words and pictures that I collect on these walks. I want to make it quite clear I do not have the support of the MoSW: I and they are not affiliated in any way, and you mustn’t think that I’m really all that silly. Okay? I’m not at all given to taking my left leg off and swallowing it every second step (like that Israeli chap). Rather, I take a notebook and camera and go for a wander. Quite not silly.

- This blog began as a way for me to document my workshop practice when I was at the ANU school of art in Canberra. Now my life has moved away from working at the bench, but I still post about the small projects that I do get to work on, and the joy that I find in working wood by hand.
