Fremantle
It's not the lumpers' caffeteria, nor the old police station, and I'm not really sure what name it has. But this little building on Victoria Quay has shed its temporary fencing and been stripped of its (presumably asbestos) verandah lining. It's Building 146 in the (now outdated?) master plan.
