Every now and then I read about how "RSS can't work like Twitter" because there's no central authority for it. But I still haven't found a feed reader with some sort of "one click re-publish". It's sort of tricky to do, because of the copyright issues of reposting a whole post on a separate site, but I think it can be figured out, but it seems strange that such a thing doesn't exist at the moment.
